Evolvetec Inc. is a business consulting firm based in Brooklyn, New York. We help owners of small and mid-sized companies grow and run their businesses better.
What we do
Small and mid-sized businesses rarely have a strategy department, a marketing lead, an operations manager and a financial analyst all at once. The owner covers most of it, usually at night. We fill that gap with practical advice across seven areas: strategy and growth planning, business development, marketing strategy, operations and process, financial planning and analysis, business structuring, and AI adoption.
We work as advisors. We review how the business runs, find what is holding it back, and help you build a plan your team can carry out. We use AI tools inside that work to research and analyze faster, and we are open about how we do it.
How we work with clients
Advice first
We are paid for advice and planning. We do not sell software, financial products or anything else on the side, so our recommendations have no hidden incentive.
Plain language
If we cannot explain a recommendation in words your team would use, it is not ready.
Honest about limits
We do not promise specific results. We tell you what we found, what we would do, and what we are unsure about.
Confidential by default
What you share about your business stays between us. Client data is not used to train public AI models.
