Information you give us through our contact form: full name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), industry (optional), time in business (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and your message.
Your SMS choice: whether you checked the SMS consent box, the exact consent wording you were shown, the date and time, and the page you submitted from.
Technical information: your IP address and browser user agent when you submit a form, which we use to prevent spam and to keep a record of consent.
Client information: if you become a client, the business information you choose to share with us for the engagement, such as financial reports, sales data and process descriptions.
Communications: records of emails, calls and messages you exchange with us.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
To provide our consulting and advisory services.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates, including by SMS if you opted in.

4. SMS communications

If you check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, we may send text messages about your consultation request, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and replies to your questions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we use AI tools

We use AI tools inside our consulting work, for example to analyze operational and financial data you share with us, research markets and competitors, and draft materials. When we do:

We share only the information a task needs, and remove names and identifying details where we can.
We use only AI services whose terms do not allow your information to be used to train their models. Client data is not used to train public AI models.
Your information stays confidential under the same standards as the rest of our work, and a person at Evolvetec reviews all AI-assisted output before it reaches you.

You can ask us which tools were used on your work, or ask us not to use AI tools with your information.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only in these cases:

Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), and our SMS messaging provider. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety or property.
Business transfers: if Evolvetec Inc. is involved in a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

These categories do not include SMS opt-in data or consent, which we do not share with any third parties.

7. Cookies and spam protection

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated spam. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that preference locally on your device.

8. How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and keep accurate business and consent records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required by law to keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, change or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
